Playful on the outside, seriously good on the inside.
Miss Valentine captures the joie de vivre of the south of France. Pale pink, crisp and fruit-forward, with a dry finish. This is the 2021 vintage, so it has some bottle age.
Tastes like: Strawberry, watermelon and rose petal, with grapefruit and white peach.
Feels like: Light-bodied and dry, with balanced freshness and no oak.
Great with: Caprese salad, grilled prawns, goat cheese.
Singapore and Asian favourites: Sushi, prawn rice paper rolls, chicken satay.
The geeky bit: Grenache and Syrah from Château Les Valentines in the south of France.
Why we like it: Joyful, light and ready for any occasion.
Serve: 8 to 10°C. Well chilled.
