What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.

Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?

No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments to dates and items is applicable once payment is processed and completed online.

How will the wine bottles be packaged?

All our bottles will be packaged in our Vin Geek wine carrier and paper bags, and will not be delivered in its original case.

Do you charge for shipping?

-$12 for standard delivery

-$25 for express delivery within 2 hours (last order to be placed before 10pm)

-Free standard delivery for orders above $250 

What time can I expect to receive my order(s)?

Order(s) will be delivered within the day between 12pm-11pm. Orders placed after 8pm will be delivered the next day

Is there anywhere you can’t deliver to?

There are no restrictions to locations at the moment. We are able to provide delivery services island-wide within Singapore.

Can I deliver to an international address?

Currently we are unable to make deliveries to other countries.

Refund Policy

Our VinGeek team has over 12 years of experience in importing and distributing wines & spirits globally. We source our products directly from the producers or reputable suppliers, and always ensure quality.

You are advised and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancies or damage. Failure which, the Company will in its sole discretion, not accord a replacement or refund.

In unexpected case of discrepancies or damaged goods delivered please email our office within 24 hours of delivery. You will be offered a replacement or store credit valid for 1-month for returned items.

Please note that is a common practice in the wine trade that wines of age 10+ years are to be purchased at the buyer’s risk. Minor damages to labels or foil will not be taken into consideration.

Corked/Taint Wines

Cork taint is a wine fault whose primary cause is the presence of the chemical compound TCA 2-4-6. This can be found on natural corks, wineries, barrels, tanks which are cleaned with chlorine-based products, thus contaminating the wine. It is a fault that can be caused by several factors, and can only be detected upon opening of the bottle. We highly stress provenance in our bottles and carefully cellar our wines with controlled humidity once received. But wines are natural products and we cannot control everything that happens in a winery, thus we shall not provide refunds for corked/tainted wines.

Mouldy Corks

Wines that contain mouldy corks do not qualify for an exchanges or refunds. In fact, moulds on corks are evidence that wine has been aged in a good conditioned environment.

Oxidized Wines

All wines sold by us are kept under optimum conditions. We cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession therefore wines that have been adversely affected due to improper storage or treatment while in the customer’s care cannot be returned.
