Cuvée Bio is a fully organic Champagne, made from organically farmed Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. It balances fruit, toast and chalk with finesse, and has a long finish.
Tastes like: Pear and green apple, with brioche, hazelnut and crushed stone.
Feels like: Medium-bodied, dry bubbles, with bright freshness and no oak.
Great with: Baked brie, roast chicken, creamy pasta, caviar.
Singapore and Asian favourites: Dim sum, tempura, chicken rice.
The geeky bit: From organic vineyards in the Marne Valley.
