Château de Beaulon is a family estate that still grows Folle Blanche, the historic Cognac grape most houses abandoned long ago. Its VSOP is elegant and floral, a different style from the big brands.
Tasting Notes:
White flowers, dried apricot, vanilla, soft oak spice.
How to Enjoy:
Neat in a tulip glass after dinner.
Producer & Origin:
A single estate at Saint-Dizant-du-Gua, in the Fins Bois area of Cognac near the Gironde estuary.
Why We Like It:
Cognac with a sense of place. Only one in stock.
