Po’ di Poli is the distillery’s range of single-variety young grappas. The Moscato is the aromatic one: distilled in small batches from fresh Moscato pomace, it carries the grape’s floral, fruity perfume into the glass.
Tasting Notes:
Orange blossom, rose, peach, citrus peel.
How to Enjoy:
Lightly chilled or at cool room temperature after dinner, in a small tulip glass. Lovely with fruit desserts.
Producer & Origin:
Poli is a family distillery founded in 1898 at Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa in Veneto, the historic home of grappa.
Why We Like It:
The friendliest way into grappa: all perfume, very little burn.
