Valdepeñas is an appellation in south-central Spain, with an arid climate and difficult mountainous terrain, creating an ideal environment for cultivating low yields. This wine is made in a traditional style, with 18 months' maturation in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: ruby in color, with hints of brick red to the rim. Generous aromas of ripe berries, vanilla pods, old leather, and toast. Mellow and soft on the palate, with an enduring complexity.
