Since 1967, we have been evolving progressively in the wine industy which allowed us to anticipate changes and trends thanks to the fusion of experience, tradition and innovation. The location is in Isonzo territory which is open area with Mediterranean and continental wineds. The dry and cold katabatic wine coming fromt he Balcans alternates with the Adriatic breezes: a heterogeneous climate with a prevalence of fresh oriental winds mitigated by the sea. The result is a unique microclimate that favors viniculture typical of northen regions, with mediterranean nuances. The constant sun together with mild climate excursions aids the slow ripening of the vines, providing balanced grapes rich in flavour and aroma.
Tasting Notes: Wine is made with 70% vintage and 30% reserved wines and aged in lees for 20-24 months. A persistant perlage and intriguing nose. With notes of broom, pears. Golden apple flesh and herbs can be nosed also. The palate is biting, crisp and fresh with lingering finish. Enjoy an an aperitif or throughout the meal with shellfish and seafood.
