The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Monnalisa from Cantine Leonardo da Vinci originates from vineyards located between the Adriatic Sea and the Maiella massif. This aromatic red wine is made from Montepulciano grapes.
The grapes, after hand harvesting, are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the wine then matures for a few months.
In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red color. The nose offers aromas of red fruits and pepper. The palate is soft, balanced, and flavorful, with a long and spicy finish.
The Monnalisa pairs well with pasta with meat sauce and grilled meats.
