Tasting Notes: A intense straw color with golden highlights. The nose displays notes of yellow fruit, pear, aniseed and mediterranean herbs. The palate is well-balanced with aromas of slight bitter almonds at the end. The wine uses 10-15% late harvest grapes slightly affected by noble rot.
