A very stylish bottle for a long lunch.
Roseblood is the rosé of Château d’Estoublon, an estate in the Alpilles in Provence. Pale, dry and refined, with citrus and stone fruit and a fresh, mineral finish. This is the 1.5L magnum.
Tastes like: White peach, grapefruit and wild strawberry, with white flowers.
Feels like: Light-bodied and dry, with balanced freshness and no oak.
Great with: Seafood, grilled fish, salads.
Singapore and Asian favourites: Sushi, Thai salads, grilled prawns with sambal.
The geeky bit: 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Cinsault and 5% Rolle, from Provence in southern France.
Why we like it: Looks great on the table and disappears fast. That is what a magnum is for.
Serve: 8 to 10°C. Well chilled.
Alcohol: 12.5%
